Crafts and Games with Seniors

About the event

Spend time with older adults at a local senior center through an afternoon of crafts, games, conversation, and fun. Volunteers will help lead simple creative activities, play games, and most importantly, spend meaningful time getting to know the seniors in our community. This is about more than making a craft or winning a game—it’s about connection. For many older adults, having someone sit down, listen, laugh, and share an activity with them can make a real difference. Volunteers have the opportunity to build friendships across generations, brighten someone’s day, and remind our senior neighbors that they are valued and an important part of our community. Come ready to be creative, patient, and present. You might leave with a craft you made together, a new favorite game, or a story you’ll remember—but the best thing you’ll take away is the feeling of having made someone’s day a little brighter.
