1. How donations work

Donations made on this site are processed securely by Stripe. The Service Collective is a project of the Fund for the City of New York, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 13-2612524), which receives donations on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details.

2. Tax deductibility & receipts

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A receipt is emailed to you after every successful donation — keep it for your records. If you need a duplicate receipt, reach us through our contact page.

3. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — a duplicate donation, an incorrect amount, or a charge you don’t recognize — contact us within 30 days of the donation and we will work with you to make it right.

4. Questions

For any questions about your donation, reach us through our contact page and include the email address you donated with and the approximate date of the donation.
