Katherine’s commitment to community began in elementary school, when she volunteered alongside her mom to fundraise for local animal shelters and food banks. Since then, she has led programs and projects for pre-K–12 students across the country focused on food education, sustainability, and mindfulness. Katherine is a also a movement teacher and loves volunteering at horse rescues upstate with her family.
